Global Delivery
Center

GDC (Global Delivery Center) project is aimed at sourcing IT talent for projects at LG CNS. Therefore, LG CNS Indonesia will collaborate with top Indonesia universities to acquire the right resources through the implementation of a bootcamp.

In preparation for the bootcamp, we are conducting a Training of Trainers (ToT) program.

For students who wish to join the bootcamp, there will be a selection process conducted by their universities. Only selected students will be able to participate in the bootcamp.

After the boot camp concludes, a final test will be conducted for the students who participated. If any student performs well or achieves satisfactory results, LG CNS is highly likely to hire them to become part of LG CNS Family.
